1. How long do quotes take? Are they free?
All documents are quoted based on the number of words in the source document, and quotes are free.
Your translation/revision will be delivered within the stipulated timeframe and respecting the formatting of the original document. You can choose to receive it:
by email (in doc or pdf format)
by mail
To verify the quality of the service provided, the client may request a sample of the work before paying the full invoice amount.
The service requested by the client is subject to full payment upon awarding the translation.
The invoice will be sent by email before payment.
It is essential to send a copy of the payment receipt by email.
Payment should be made by bank transfer/check/PayPal.

5 - What subjects and schedules are available for tutoring/training?
At Ana Honrado - Traduções & Explicações, we offer tutoring/training and support all language-related subjects up to the 1st cycle of Basic Education, and support is given for a maximum of 2 hours/week. The training is entirely online.
